The Best Cookie Recipes

I am a chocolate chip cookie lover. You ever want to get me a gift Chocolate chip cookies are a win win! But that being said cookies in general are a win win in the Campbell home.

Here are our favorite cookie recipes!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe


1 cup Cold Butter cut into small cubes

1 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1 1/2 cups cake flour *i also use oat flour

1 1/2 cups Flour 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

3/4 teaspoon Salt

1 cups Chocolate Chips

1 cup Semi mini chocolate chips

Instructions Preheat oven to 410 degrees.In a large mixing bowl, cream together cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 4 minutes or until creamy.Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.Stir in flours, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined to avoid overmixing. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.Separate dough into large balls and place on lightly colored cookie sheet. They are bigger than you think! You will fit 4 cookies on one large cookie sheet. The dough makes 8 extra large cookies.Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown on the top. Let them rest for at least 10 minutes to set.

Peanut Butter Banana Cookies


2 small very ripe bananas1 cup old fashioned oats1/4 cup natural peanut butter crunchy or creamy


Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a half baking sheet with oil.Mash the bananas in a bowl.Add the oats and peanut butter. Mix.Roll, then flatten 10-12 small cookies (5-6 large) and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown, as shown.

Snickerdoodle Cookies

INGREDIENTS 1 cup butter softened1 1/2 cups sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla2 3/4 cups flour2 tsp cream of tartar1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp sugar1 tbsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS Mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla and blend well.Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. (Makes about 3-4 dozen cookies)
